shipping + returns

We take 3-4 days to fulfill your order! If you need order quickly, please email us as quickly as possible so we can arrange a proper shipping method for you. 

Once your order has been processed, please allow between 2-10 days based on your location. We ship out of the USA.

Carriers

We ship with USPS & UPS, both domestic and International. Please understand that we are a super small team and can only process so many orders in one day. We do our best to ship out as soon as you place your order.

Return Policy

Only certain items are available for refund within a 14 day window upon delivery. We do not accept returns for final sale items or select handmade pieces. If the item you received is damaged, please contact hello@loreleibyg.com.

Items listed under the "SALE" category are final and non-refundable.

If you wish to start a return, please email us with your order number stating that you will be returning. Customers are responsible for postage back to us. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
