I sent a message last week about the quality control and haven’t heard back. My necklace arrived very nicely wrapped but is uneven and I haven’t worn it because it bothers me. It is longer on one side and missing a crystal on that chain, so there is also a gap. I’m bummed because this was an expensive piece and I don’t really know what to do. I’m not going to send it back or order another one. I could try to fix it but I’m just bummed. I was excited to support you girlies and feel cute.
